We launched them on 25th April 2021, and they've become a true trend under the porticoes: fried tortellini are the perfect snack for an aperitif, one leads to another, and they have the power to make everything special.

They have arrived in London too, get ready to savour them!

At Indegno®, you can indulge in our delicious Tortellini, one of the most beloved specialties of Bolognese and Italian cuisine in general, presented with a modern twist (we fry them!), capable of winning over even the most skeptical palates.


The preparation is no different from that of classic tortellini from Bologna: delicate egg pasta wrapped around exquisite fillings such as beef heart, pork loin, mortadella, and ham, all seasoned with nutmeg and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

The tortellini are then fried in hot oil and served with our  delicious Parmesan cream and black pepper.

To complement our offer of street food tortellini, we couldn't miss out on fried pumpkin cappellacci: filled with a creamy blend of pumpkin and Parmesan, they boast a unique and balanced flavor, with both sweet and savory notes. Paired with our Parmesan, pepper, and truffle cream, they promise an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
